All had been in Darkness.
Hand in Hand, stood two souls, joined together by Friendship. They called themselves Adreleen, and Letheria - Life, and Earth. By an Unknown force, did Letheria cradle life, as did Adreleen. Though, Adreleen was faithful to the Sea, Aargon, a vengeful male. The three remained enveloped in this darkness, until Earth bore her children. From her womb, came a quartet, but survived as a trio. Phera'h, Eentyia, Kamiir, and Yelnes. Phera'h, the eldest female, was of Wind, or Air. Eentyia, the second, was of Heavens, or Sky. Kamiir, the third, and only male, was of Flames, or Fire. And Yelnes, the final of the group, was of Rain, but she died shortly after birth, making certain areas more arid than most.
Each of the Three were to become apart of the Circle.
Soon after the birth of Letheria's - now - trio, did Adreleen produce her own brood. Aargon was proud of his Wife's surplus of four. The Seasons. From her womb, came quartets. Ra'ifah, Demuree, Jesu, and Medehr. Ra'ifah, the eldest female, was Lady Winter. Demuree, the second eldest, and final female, was Lady Spring. Jesu, the first male, was Lord Summer. Medehr, the last male, was Lord Fall.
So had the Circle been completed, and the broods grew.
Aargon, being arrogant, remained watchful over his daughters, and sons, insisting that they be rival with Letheria's chidlren, seeing as the trio were not supplied with a father. The vengeful Sea God was much too proud of his offspring, that did he threaten Adreleen with her life if one of them were to accidentally slip. His humbled wife took her mate's words with seriousness, as were her children pampered for. However, Letheria's children were taught to handle their powers with pride, and love in their hearts. Though, unbenounced to her father, did a single of Aargon's children, Ra'ifah, slip away, and listen closesly to Letheria's teachings. She learned to take pride in her actions, and it was so, that Aargon figured his own teachings to be paying off in the blossoming goddess. It was at these teachings by Letheria, did a young Kamiir begin to notice Ra'ifah's presence. What they figured to be just a stolen friendship, developed into a relationship that Letheria and Adreleen would both have approved of, if Aargon had not stood in the way, and not only threatened his wife, but Kamiir as well. He told to Ra'ifah and Demuree horrible things of Letheria and her children that were the farthest things from true, though, that did not stop the young girl from caring about Kamiir.
The children grew quickly, and with hast, as they were ready to take their places among the stars as rulers, and join in upon the conversations of what was to happen around this new world. Each god and goddess took their places, and conversations aroused for many years. This was until the love between Ra'ifah and Kamiir grew impecably strong, and binding. Amiyra was concieved. Long had the prophecy proclaimed, that 'Nature', a word for all, created by someone unknown, would be created through element and season, and that all would be greatful. All those, but Elder Aargon. When he heard news of his daughter's future, he was not suprised, at all the least. For even Letheria had given birth through nothingness, and among the gods, it was quite common to have a new element join and be raised through their teachings. Though at Aargon's relaxation did Life snicker. The Sea had payed no mind for several, several decades.
With age, the Sea grew restless, and was desperate to keep his reign, rather than turn it over to one of the three immortal males - one of which he had a deep hatred for. He knew, if he were to hand over the Throne to Medehr, not only would his son's greed cast the world in a neverending season of autumntime, but Jesu would easily kill his own sibling for the reign. Though, he would rather have one of his sons dead, than turn over the throne to Kamiir, of "illbred" blood, and nor was he even Aargon's own flesh. He was simply by a woman's womb, and nothing more. Things were only made worse, when Ra'ifah gave birth. It was to a single foal, which dissapointed Aargon greatly, knowing that there must be more than one valuable element left to bear. He figured it slim, that his other daughters would bear children through nothingness, like his chosen Ra'ifah. This was thought, and thought well, until the babe, still unnamed currently, showed no signs of a specific power for many weeks. It was then discovered that she was, as Aargon put it: plain. He was outraged at Ra'ifah, and locked her away into the farther darkness, until the nothingness would cause her to bear "something useful". Finally, Adreleen told Aargon of the babe's origin, and for him to recite the prophecy, to find the key to the ill babe. Amiyra was the Nature. She was it's Mother, Mother of all things to thrive on this patch of island the Gods and Goddesses swarmed and loomed over. With boiling blood, Aargon decended to the ocean, and created something so powerful, it caused the land to shake, and even in the heavens, the wrath of the Sea was well known. With a booming threat, Aargon demanded to know the sire of this ill-gotten babe, so would he be punished. The answer, he demanded to hear, straight from the mouth of Adreleen. When she refused to give him a truthful answer, her soul was thrown into the sea, torn down from the heavens, and beaten until she would spit out the male's name. Kamiir. Despite her answer, Adreleen's soul was locked away in a dungeon below the surface. No one heard a peep from Adreleen again.
Amiyra, as she was soon after named by Ra'ifah, progressed slowly. The Gods and Goddesses knew of her purpose now, as she would need to be properly trained to coddle each element with what she knew. There would be a time that they would each grant over their tactics to her. Though, just a week before her baptism into the God civilization, the Sea raged, and brought upon the land and heavens wicked storms, yanking at the clouds above. Phera and Eentyia both, despite their efforts, were taken from the god's court, their souls sucked into the ocean, and brutally beaten. They too, were locked beneath the water. Aargon was persistant in his attempts. Even his own children, Demuree, Medehr, and Jesu were pulled beneath the surface. With hate that ran through his mind and bloodstream, Aargon stirred up a mighty storm, and Letheria, demanded Kamiir to take Amiyra and Ra'ifah and flee. The Sea was outraged at Letheria's show of love, even to his own child. His waves darted, and with some unknown power, did he condemn the non-believers. Though, in a final stance, Letheria's soul was torn down from the skies, her soul juggled by the waves, and tossed into a series of jagged boulders that guarded the land's break. One exception. She could feel the pain surge through her fading soul, this time. Without much, her little fiery ball of soul and power drifted to the bottom of the sea, and was locked in a casket far off from Adreleen and the Others. While this happened, Ra'ifah remained cornered and seperated from Kamiir and Amiyra. Not wishing to harm her father, she only cast small bursts of ice at a time, not enough to still the clashing waves. All at once, before Amiyra and Kamiir's eyes, Ra'ifah was sucked down into the Sea, barely leaving a ripple, as her soul's conciousness left her.
Afterward, less than a minute or so, Kamiir and Amiyra found themselves upon the land. The sea roared to them tales of vengance and loathe, the shadow of Aargon hanging over each perfectly pronounced word. He told them they were to die as mortals, a disgraceful Fire Lord, and impure child. In between his words, the screams of Ra'ifah were let loose in dull tones, whatever she was saying becoming harder and harder to understand, as the racket of the sea engulfed her voice further. Too occupied, hearing Ra'ifah's call for desperate help, Kamiir had missed while Aargon's left palm of the sea repeatedly knocked Amiyra over, gushes of water weaving through the ledges and forests the little flicka tried with all her might to squeeze into. Though, rushing against time, did Kamiir hear his child's call over the waves roar. For once, Aargon attempted not to stop him, knowing, that as the stag sped off, Amiyra was dying, and drowning, like a mortal would. But reaching the cove in which his daughter was trapped, did Kamiir attack, and jump before, casting every final inch of strength he had in him, with love in his heart and mind, only for the sake of his daughter's life. He was the first to give the gift. Not only did he use what he had for good, but by preserving the heath of his foal, did he also give the gift of life, unlike Adreleen ever had.
Kamiir and Amiyra were unable to rise back to the heavens. For now they were condemed to live amongst mortals.
Through and through, the Sea is still vengeful, and any equine that ventures near it, risks being mistaken for Kamiir and his daughter. And upon accassional nights, what seems to be the loud roaring of the ocean, is merely the souls of the gods and goddesses trapped beneath, viciously shaking their shackles, and pounding the cages, dying to become free.
Things in time had become harder for Amiyra, but she shall live. The breath of life from her Grandmother, Adreleen, shall keep it as it should be. She. Will. Thrive.
